Shipping Policy
Tehechi Finds ships to all 50 states and anywhere internationally. Click on the FAQ page for more information on shipping to military bases.
All packages are shipped through USPS priority mail. Please allow us up to 3 business days to process your order before crystals are shipped out. In most cases, your crystals will be delivered in 3-7 business days from original purchase. You will receive an email with tracking information once your crystals are shipped.
Although, shipping damage is rare if you see any damage at the time of delivery please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue.

Return & Exchange Policy
Tehechi Finds gladly accepts returns. Customers must email us within 5 days of delivery for returns to be accepted. Items must be shipped back within 10 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for returning shipping cost unless crystals arrived damaged (the original shipping cost will not be refunded). If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

If a crystal arrived damage please email us within 5 days with pictures of the damaged crystal and we will send a prepaid return label by email within the next business day, which you can print and use to mail back to us.
Tehechi Finds does not accept exchanges or cancellations.
